YOUR BMR 360 CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?


Follow these three easy steps:

  1. The cardhodler is responsible for getting a new card in one of our stores.
  2. The cardholder must complete the replacement form below.
  3. A BMR 360 customer service agent will contact the cardholder to confirm receipt of form and complete the request.

Please note that our customer service business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Once your request is sent, allow a certain delay for an agent to contact you by telephone or email, depending on your preference. Rest assured that your request will be processed as fast as possible to ensure you full satisfaction.
